Lush loves True Romance!
Lush, a vegetarian and oftentimes vegan bath and body care line, has a romantic side they’d like to share with you.
I bought this gift set after Christmas because Lush was having a killer sale. It was buy one gift set and get another gift set of equal value free! So, since we still had someone to buy for and I liked the reusable hat box it came in, and thought I might like the honey lip balm—it did not disappoint.
Though, after just rubbing it on and entering the room my fiance was in, armed with an extra blanket, I put it down by him, he began sniffing the air, made a face, and said, matter-of-factly, “That blanket smells like cat piss. I don’t know where you got it, but I think a cat must’ve peed on it.” After I put my nose to the blanket and didn’t smell anything, I deduced that it must have been the lip gloss I’d just put on. Leaning closer to let him smell my mouth, he said, “Yeah. That’s the smell.”
I continue to wear the lip balm even at risk of smelling like cat piss I like it so much!
Another nice thing about Lush is their natural deodarants and body butters whivh come in solid form and melt a bit in your hand. They don’t last very long at all, and are a bit expensive considering how fast they go, but they’re made with real ingredients like honey, butter, and cocoa, so you don’t feel dirty, oily, or greasy hours later. It easily absorbs into the skin and leaves shimmer, glitter, or just a soft fragrance behind.
