The Art of Seduction: Put Some Sizzle Back Into Your Sex Life (Part 3)

If you missed Part 2 last week, read it here. To read Part 1, click here.

Sex is an essential part of most committed relationships. It can strengthen and improve your bond, it helps you get through difficult situations, and it reminds you why you got together in the first place. It’s good for your relationship, and it’s good for you. If you’ve been together a while though, your sex life can take a back seat as you focus on other priorities, and the sex can become infrequent, boring, or non-existent. Here are a few suggestions for setting the mood and reigniting the passion. Seduction is all in the details, so pay attention!

Five Ways To Improve Your Connection

♦ Make a vow to do something nice for each other every day.

♦ Say “I love you” when he least expects it.

♦ Write down three nice things that drew you to your partner and ask him to reciprocate. You’ll feel better about your mate and yourself.

♦ Pay attention to each other. Compliment each other, stroke hair, rub backs, etc. Be affectionate on a consistent basis.

♦ Make eye contact. Smile. Even the simplest things release the brain’s feel-good chemicals.

Worst Date Wednesday

November 25th, 2009 By Nicky | No Comments »

date

In our small town of Aaron, each year we had a celebration we call Aaron’s Amazing Day. We always had a celebrity with TV crews and the town would be in a state of excitement.

This particular year we invited a male celebrity as our guest. There was a contest to select a local girl to be his date—and I won! I was soo excited and I became the envy of all the local young ladies. I went through all the usual preparations—going to the beauty salon, shopping for a new outfit, etc.

The grand day arrived. The TV crew was on every minute of our date. We toured vineyards, had our own personal wine tastings. I was young and not experienced with a lot of wine beverages. Merlot, Cabernet, Chardonnay—you name it, we drank it.

After spending two hours drinking wine, we were going to take a hot air balloon ride into the hills and have a sunset picnic. Sounds perfect, right? Well it was—except we only had wine and cheese to eat all day. I was feeling a little drunk, but I thought we were going to be eating soon, so I’d be fine.

As we went floating up, the fire was flaring, sending the air into the balloon, making this horrible, loud hissing noise. We were going up and up, and all of a sudden, I wasn’t feeling well. My stomach started turning and that noise just made it worse.

Suddenly, I threw up all over the edge of the basket, right on the camera crew! It was just awful. The guy operating the balloon took us down immediately. My date put me in a limo while holding his breath, and then turned away from me.

I went straight home and spent the night on the floor crying, while everyone else was celebrating and enjoying the night.
