October is Breast Cancer awareness month and it is almost around the corner. Have you made your appointment for a mammogram, performed a self-breast exam, made an appointment to see you doctor, and cleared your schedule for a Yoga class? Prevention is greatly important when it comes to reducing your risk of being diagnosed with breast cancer. Being conscious of what food we consume, what products we put on our bodies, incorporating daily exercise, and making our health a number one priority is deeply important. Thursday, September 2nd, 2010September is national Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome month. According to womenshealth.gov, “Between 1 in 10 and 1 in 20 women of childbearing age has PCOS. As many as 5 million women in the United States may be affected.
